Byte Food Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Assistant Commis Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the commis chef in preparing food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring food safety standards are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the commis chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper hygiene practices and storage procedures.,Prepare and maintain food inventories, including ordering and restocking ingredients.,Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment by following health and safety regulations.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.,Assist in training new employees and maintaining a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
