📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures.,Reviewing financial statements, records, and documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.,Collaborating with department heads and management to address audit findings and implement recommendations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management and the audit committee.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of risk management processes.,Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
