📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and mentor a team of telesales executives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities.
  • Report on sales performance and trends to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs for the team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Proficiency in using sales management software.
  • Understanding of local market dynamics in Pontianak.
