📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of tellers to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Handle customer transactions and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Monitor and maintain cash handling procedures to prevent losses and ensure security.,Provide training and support to junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Report to management on team performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of branch strategies and initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a teller or customer service role within the banking industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using banking software and systems.,Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
