📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
  • Identify training needs and design solutions to address them.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Report on training program outcomes and impact on employee performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and training software.
  • Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
