- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing legislation and policy documents using Microsoft Word and government-specific software.
- Support elected officials and legislative staff by preparing materials for meetings, hearings, and public events.
- Organize and maintain legislative files, agendas, and records using document management systems.
- Attend committee meetings, public hearings, and other legislative events to provide administrative support.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather information and data needed for legislative processes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the legislative body.
- Provide clerical support to legislative staff, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Stay informed about local, regional, and national legislative trends to provide valuable insights to the team.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in legislative support, administrative assistance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and legislative procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with government document management systems is a plus.
