📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the outsourcing operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize outsourcing processes, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with outsourcing partners and vendors.
• Monitor and analyze outsourcing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead and mentor the outsourcing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of outsourcing services.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in outsourcing and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in accounting and outsourcing operations, with a strong background in process improvement.
• Proven experience in managing outsourcing projects and partners.
• Certifications in accounting and financial management, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA, are a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks.
