Shop Local Unggul is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.,Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and meeting their needs.,Develop and present sales proposals to potential and existing clients, highlighting the benefits of our products or services.,Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager and other stakeholders.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products or services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close sales and meet or exceed targets.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems, sales forecasting tools, and data analysis software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.,Fluency in Indonesian, with good English language skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
