PT Surya Galih is looking for a talented and experienced Senior HR Staff to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. As a Senior HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing our employees, as well as developing and implementing HR policies and programs. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage the recruitment and selection process for new hires

Onboard and orient new employees

Develop and implement HR policies and programs

Maintain employee relations and resolve conflicts

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Manage employee benefits and compensation

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback

Manage employee training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Experience in using HR software and systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
