📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software and hardware products,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Review and edit technical documents for grammar, style, and consistency,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams through documentation,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the improvement of documentation tools and processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software and hardware technologies,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Knowledge of API documentation and user manuals is a plus
