Centratama Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist, IBC PMO to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of our Integrated Business Center (IBC) projects, ensuring their successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate IBC projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.,Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide project status reports and recommendations to senior management.,Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and control.,Support the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the IBC or real estate sector.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and industry standards is a plus.,Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
