📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain and improve office infrastructure.,Handle office administration tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.,Organize and facilitate office events, meetings, and other activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized office environment.,Assist in the implementation of office safety and security measures.,Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a General Affairs or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
