Warung Anggi Auto Service is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee the performance of the service team, providing training and support as needed.,Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Manage inventory and ensure all parts and materials are available for service.,Coordinate with the head office for any necessary support or resources.,Monitor branch performance metrics and report to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and automotive management tools.,Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management.
