📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations and industry best practices.,Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.,Manage employee performance through regular appraisals, coaching, and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation, ensuring competitive and fair packages.,Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure the company's compliance with these requirements.,Work closely with department heads to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on employee matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Familiarity with performance management systems and processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
