PT Kusuma Tirta is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting functions of the company, including financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and assisting with payroll processing. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited accounting experience to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a dynamic and growing organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Process and reconcile bank transactions and accounts.,Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.,Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.,Support the finance team in auditing and reviewing financial records.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and supporting documentation.,Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance accounting skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
