Bright Up Unggul is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Staff to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, including supplier management, purchasing, and inventory control. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update supplier records and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation.,Support the procurement team in achieving cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your procurement skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply).,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
