📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management software.,Ensuring that all inventory is stored safely and securely, following company policies and procedures.,Managing the warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Collaborating with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt of inventory.,Conducting regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.,Implementing and enforcing warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Working closely with the sales and production teams to meet customer demand and production requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse management or inventory control role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
