Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the company.,Managing and leading a team of managers and employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, and making recommendations for improvement where necessary.,Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the company is operating in a compliant manner.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.,Representing the company at board meetings and other key events, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.,A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and performance.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,A deep understanding of financial management and analysis, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.,Experience in managing and leading a diverse team, with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.,A commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all aspects of the role.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
