In this role, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Evaluate and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide feedback and guidance to recruitment team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
