📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the store including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Managing and training store staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitoring store performance and implementing strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Managing store budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations.,Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Conducting regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
