🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus
