📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Maintain accurate records and reports of operational activities.,Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.,Provide support to the management team in decision-making processes.,Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
