📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all branch activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences is a plus.
