📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide one-on-one career counseling to students, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations.,Develop and implement career development programs tailored to the needs of our students.,Conduct career assessments and provide feedback to students to enhance their career decision-making skills.,Maintain regular communication with students, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure career support services are effective and relevant.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in career development and counseling.,Collaborate with other departments within Yayasan Mendaki to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to student career support.,Participate in recruitment and selection processes to ensure that our career support services are aligned with the needs of our students and the requirements of the job market.,Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of career support services to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in career counseling or a related field.,Strong knowledge of career development theories and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and career opportunities.,Ability to travel to various locations within Bali as required.
