📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage litigation matters, including legal research, case strategy, and client communication.,Represent Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. in court and other legal proceedings, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.,Provide legal advice and counsel to senior management on complex legal issues.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel, clients, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on legal trends and best practices.,Mentor and guide junior lawyers in the team, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in litigation, preferably in a corporate legal environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with legal software and technology tools.,Experience in managing and mentoring a team of lawyers.
