📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate performance.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
