📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation,Write user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical content,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide support to customers and internal teams through technical documentation,Ensure that all technical documentation is compliant with company standards and regulations,Participate in product development and improvement processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Experience with technical documentation for food and beverage industry is a plus,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English language
