📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and guidance to employees on their performance and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and training new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and evaluation techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
