• Develop and implement strategies to expand our market presence in Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to propose tailored insurance solutions.
• Meet with clients and present product offerings to ensure a seamless integration of insurance products into banking services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful launch and management of bancassurance products.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress and performance of bancassurance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Sharia principles and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in finance and insurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Sharia-compliant financial products and principles.
• Proven experience in bancassurance or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Familiarity with insurance products and banking services.
