📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing daily cinema operations, including scheduling, ticketing, and customer service.
• Learn and utilize industry-standard tools such as Cinema Management Software (CMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Support the team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the cinema.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.
• Work closely with senior management to understand and support the overall business strategy.
• Assist in event planning and promotion, including special screenings and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or professional with a degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or operational role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and experience with office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong desire to develop leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
