📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Provide information and make reservations for restaurants, tours, and other local attractions.
• Coordinate transportation services, including airport transfers and private car rentals.
• Assist with special requests and events, such as weddings, anniversaries, and corporate functions.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion, handling sensitive guest information with care.
• Work closely with the hotel's departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Promote the hotel's amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to the team by participating in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a concierge or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, and transportation services in Denpasar and Bali.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
