📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct property viewings and market residential and commercial properties to potential buyers.
• Negotiate and finalize property sales agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties and enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain strong relationships with them.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track client interactions and sales progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property sales, preferably in residential and commercial sectors.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Kecamatan Tangerang, Banten.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Valid real estate sales license or certification.
