Field Collections Officer (Petugas Lapangan) - Bali

As a Field Collections Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and effective collection of overdue payments from our customers. In this role, you will be visiting our customers' homes and offices to collect overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and provide excellent customer service. You will use our in-house collection software, Home Credit Collections, to track and manage your cases. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about helping others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers' homes and offices to collect overdue payments
• Negotiate payment plans with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
• Use Home Credit Collections software to track and manage cases
• Ensure timely and effective collection of overdue payments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections
• Follow up on non-payment cases and escalate as necessary
• Provide regular reports on collections performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Home Credit Collections software is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Fluency in Indonesian and English language
