Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable core AI infrastructure,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI-driven features and services,Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of our AI infrastructure,Mentor and coach junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and software engineering,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers,Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner,Document technical designs and processes for future reference

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field,5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and infrastructure,Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure,Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn,Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and collaboration skills
