📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative e-commerce strategies to drive business growth.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to create and launch new digital commerce initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in digital commerce, including AI, machine learning, and blockchain.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the executive team.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital commerce, e-commerce strategy, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing innovative e-commerce solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Certification in digital commerce or a related field is a plus.
